Job summary

Patagonia is seeking a senior executive to lead regional product strategy and inventory management across EMEA from Amsterdam. You will align global product lines with local markets, shape assortments, and drive availability and profitability by coordinating with Marketplace, Marketing and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising and planning organization through coaching and collaboration.
• Lead the creation and execution of the EMEA merchandising and planning strategy.
• Own the seasonal line planning, range architecture, and category curation for EMEA.
• Oversee demand planning with Marketplace and Operations for timely product availability.
• Partner with Finance and Marketplace to meet revenue and margin goals.
