Fragomen Netherlands in Amsterdam seeks a Junior Immigration Consultant to deliver high-quality casework for major corporate clients and provide operational support to the legal team.

You will handle templated immigration cases (renewals, in-country processes, EEA registrations) and assist with client communications, matter administration, and reporting while gaining exposure to international client projects.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic team player with attention to detail and commitment to client service.
• Self-starter with excellent communication in English and Dutch.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.

Responsabilités

• Process immigration cases and manage associated requirements as directed by the Manager and legal team.
• Assist consultants and lawyers with case preparation, document drafting, file management and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain information and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
• Prepare client briefings, presentations and reporting materials.
• Ensure billing on cases is accurate and on time and reflect case progress in systems.
• Support cross-team initiatives and knowledge management across jurisdictions.
