Job summary

Fragomen in Amsterdam seeks a Junior Immigration Consultant to support major corporate clients with templated immigration workflows and administrative duties. You will assist with case progression, client communications and document management, while onboarding and contributing to internal projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Interest in immigration, law or professional services is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and Dutch skills.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration cases and handle related administrative tasks as directed by the Manager and Senior Consultant.
• Support consultants with case preparation, document management and client coordination.
• Maintain accurate case management systems and reflect progress in real time.
• Assist with client briefings, reporting and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Monitor deadlines, ensure timely follow-up with clients and assignees.
