Job summary

IQSIGHT in the Netherlands is seeking an Imaging Lead Engineer to own the complete imaging pipeline, spanning sensors, ISP architecture, image quality tuning, and AI-driven enhancement for security and video platforms.

You will design imaging system architecture, optimize ISP performance, integrate SDKs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with software, hardware, optics, and product teams in a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in imaging systems, ISP development, or image processing.
• Strong understanding of camera pipelines and image quality tuning.
• Experience with embedded or real-time systems.
• Proficient in Python and/or C/C++.
• Proven technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the imaging system architecture and pipeline.
• Evaluate and optimize ISP performance and image quality.
• Integrate camera SDKs and imaging frameworks.
• Drive AI-enhanced imaging and quality innovations.
• Troubleshoot imaging and performance challenges.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, optics, and product teams.
• Mentor imaging engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Work with partners and suppliers to bring new imaging tech to production.
