Job summary

IQSIGHT, part of the Keenfinity Group, seeks an experienced Imaging Lead Engineer to bridge optics, ISP, AI-based image enhancement, and real-time imaging performance.

You will work with imaging engineers, optical modules, silicon vendors, and external suppliers to deliver world-class imaging solutions, lead architecture reviews, and mentor teams. This on-site role in Eindhoven offers a competitive package and opportunities to influence end-to-end imaging technology.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years of imaging systems experience including ISP development and image processing.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ for prototyping and algorithm development.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and evaluate ISP capabilities and performance.
• Lead integration of vendor camera SDKs and imaging frameworks.
• Develop architecture documents, design specs, and validation pipelines.
• Mentor imaging engineers and drive technical workshops.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and external partners.
