Job summary

Stolt-Nielsen seeks a Customer Success Manager for Specials to oversee day-to-day operations, manage customer orders, and proactively resolve logistics issues. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge, 3+ years of relevant experience, and fluent English, with German as a plus. The position offers hybrid work and global opportunities within the STC division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with strong customer contact.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes and fast-paced operations.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong preference.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer orders from start to finish and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve logistics challenges to improve processes and prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Handle inquiries and complaints, delivering an exceptional operational experience.
• Register customer events accurately and report root causes with preventive measures.
