Job summary

DEPT® is hiring a Paid Social Lead for its Creative & Media team in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will lead paid social strategy, collaborate with creative, tech and data teams, and drive ROI for clients through innovative campaigns.

You will manage complex campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and more, with strong client comms, analytics and measurement know-how, in a hybrid Amsterdam/Rotterdam setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in paid social campaigns and measurement.
• Ability to partner with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency with ads platforms and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term paid social strategies and tactical plans for clients.
• Serve as strategic client partner with consultative insights.
• Oversee reporting and identify opportunities from results.
