Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an Opportunity Management Specialist to support daily operations across the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg. The role combines operational processing and customer communications via phone and email in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid model and two days at the Heerlen office.

You will manage orders, warranty forms, and registrations, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, and actively monitor opportunities to drive sales while delivering high service

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, especially on phone.
• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.
• Comfortable in an operational, detail-oriented environment with manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders, warranties, and registrations.
• Handle phone-based communications with customers and providers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of requests.
• Monitor and follow up on open opportunities to progress sales.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
