Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Dutch-speaking Patient Services Representative to support people with diabetes using MiniMed therapies. You will join a multilingual team and help deliver safe, reliable customer service and product support for patients in the Netherlands.

Ideally you have 1+ year in customer service, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. This role focuses on accurate case handling and adherence to quality standards in a global company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or support in a contact center or helpdesk.
• Experience using SAP and/or MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Secondary school completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for people with diabetes using MiniMed products.
• Address inquiries about product operation, troubleshooting, and warranty.
• Maintain high call quality and manage time to meet KPIs.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and document feedback.
• Coordinate return flow for Diabetes products for quality analysis.
