Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company is seeking a Market Support & Logistics Analyst to support end-to-end dealer operations across the BENELUX region. The hybrid role focuses on data accuracy, order processing, and transportation coordination with dealers, carriers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders, resolving shipment issues, and supporting audits. German and English fluency are required, with at least 3 years of logistics experience and SAP/EDI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and handle competing priorities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/order management.
• SAP experience and/or familiarity with EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dealer records with data accuracy.
• Monitor order activity across SAP and EDI systems.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation issues with carriers.
• Investigate warehouse/transport claims with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs, warehouse and internal teams.
• Maintain reports and support audit requirements (POD, CMR).
• Assist with special shipments and training tasks as needed.
• Manage dealer inboxes (PAM/MC) and data queries.
• Oversee fleet and vehicle administration across the network.
