Fliteboard in Amsterdam is seeking a Logistics Planner to lead the product flow planning across Europe, from port arrival to customers and dealers receiving gear. You’ll work with the Brunswick group partners and travel regularly to Verviers to coordinate with the 3PL warehouse and ensure end‑to‑end process ownership.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics planning, hands-on import/export experience, and strong systems skills (WMS, CRM, Shopify, Salesforce) with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in logistics planning.
• Hands-on experience with import customs clearance and export documentation across EMEA.
• Strong systems skills across WMS, CRM, Shopify and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Plan inbound containers and transfers, pre-advise the warehouse and manage import customs clearance.
• Own Flite's online inventory: daily reconciliation with the warehouse, stock adjustments, quarantine and release instructions.
• Plan and prioritise customer, dealer and internal orders daily, releasing them to the warehouse before the daily cut-off.
• Deliver order documents including invoices, export declarations and origin certificates.
• Be the main contact for customers and dealers after dispatch, resolving delivery issues to closure.
• Coordinate returns from instruction to processing with clear communication to care, sales, and finance.
• Lead weekly operational reviews with 3PL partner and track service levels.
