Qualifications

• 5+ years of business process design experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading requirements gathering with business users.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes and identify inefficiencies and risks to propose cost-effective solutions for process and system design.
• Create functional specifications and work independently to develop and deliver technical objects.
• Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.
• Work with business teams as a functional and configuration expert to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
• Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using BCM.
• Manage and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
• Conduct QA validations and drive UAT tests.
• Support, assist and train users on new system configurations and impacts on business processes.
• Maintain SAP system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
• Collaborate with onsite and AMS teams to ensure release of high-quality solutions.
