Job summary

ITproposal in Amsterdam is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer to manage a modern digital workplace. You will configure, deploy, and secure Microsoft 365 services and AVD for secure end–user access, with strong focus on identity, access management and device security.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in Microsoft 365 administration, hands-on AVD expertise, and experience with AD/Entra ID, GPOs, Intune and IAM.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Strong knowledge of AD and Entra ID.
• Experience with GPOs, IAM and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain a Microsoft 365 modern workplace environment.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID, including security policies.
• Manage user identities, access permissions, and IAM best practices.
• Package, deploy, and manage workplace applications.
• Administer Intune for endpoint management and MDM.
• Manage and secure iOS devices and applications.
• Ensure endpoint and application security across the environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, AVD, and IAM.
