Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior EUC DevOps Engineer to manage and evolve Modern Workspace solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies. You will lead the transition to modern environments, direct DevOps practices, and enhance endpoint management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, as well as fluent Dutch and English skills. This role is for a contract position in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EUC / Desktop Engineering / Workplace Services.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with MECM / SCCM in hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Strong PowerShell and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android enterprise management.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, networking, and compliance.
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps teams.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Microsoft Intune–based Modern Workspace solutions.
• Lead the transition from legacy workspaces to cloud-managed modern workspaces.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and user-friendly endpoint environments.
• Apply DevOps principles to EUC environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Design, manage, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Package, wrap, test, and deploy applications for Windows and macOS.
• Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards.
