Job summary

ROA | Real Oat Arts is hiring for an entry-level Operations role in Amsterdam. You will coordinate the customer journey from inquiry to invoice, work with warehouses, carriers, and our ERP system, and contribute to improving logistics processes across Europe.

You’ll join a fast-growing oat milk brand with a strong culture and hybrid working arrangements. 32–40 hours weekly, with 1 home day and occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; willing to learn everything.
• You have 1 to 4 years of work experience in operations/logistics/customer support.
• You speak English well; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer journey from first inquiry to invoice, across customers, warehouses and carriers.
• Process orders and administration in ERP system and with 3PLs; manage quotes and invoices.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with logistics partners and resolve issues across Europe.
• Identify and implement process improvements in logistics operations.
