Job summary

Jobster in the Eindhoven area is seeking a customer-focused professional to support daily operations within a dynamic team. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle using SAP, coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners, and maintain strong communication with clients and sales teams to ensure alignment.

The role involves handling deliveries, updating customer profiles, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2+); Dutch or French a plus.
• Located in the Eindhoven area; 24 or 32 hours per week, 32 hours preferred.
• Familiar with Excel, Word and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order lifecycle from entry to billing using SAP.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics providers for accurate order handling.
• Initiate and oversee subcontracting needs with logistics partners.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal sales teams for clarity.
