Job summary

Canon Production Printing, based in Venlo, the Netherlands, is seeking a motivated Supervisor Assembly Operations to lead lean, high-mix/low-volume manufacturing. You will plan and coordinate daily activities, drive safety and continuous improvement, and manage a team of 20–30 operators in a premium product line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree, preferably technical.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a supervisor position, preferably within a production environment.
• Experience in working and acting on Key Performance Indicators
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute day-to-day assembly operations.
• Maintain a very safe workplace and lead by example on the floor.
• Develop staffing plans with skill matrices and monitor continuity.
• Collaborate with parts supply, Industrial Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Health & Safety officers.
• Report KPIs and implement improvements on a daily basis.
