Job summary

Canon Production Printing in Venlo is seeking an experienced Supervisor Assembly Operations to lead and coordinate the assembly operations. You’ll support a team of 20 to 30 operators, drive process improvements, and ensure health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and analytical skills, with a Bachelor’s degree and three years’ supervisory experience in production. The position offers excellent benefits, including 38 vacation days and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a supervisor position, preferably within a production environment.
• Experience in working with Key Performance Indicators.
• Fulltime availability on site.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating operational activities of the assembly operation.
• Leading a team of 20 to 30 assembly operators.
• Coaching and developing the team to achieve goals.
• Reporting on KPIs and implementing improvements.
