Job summary

Canon Production Printing in Venlo, the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Supervisor Assembly Operations for 40 hours per week on site. You will lead day-to-day planning and execution of the lean assembly, guiding a team of 20–30 operators while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Parts Supply, Industrial Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Health & Safety, driving continuous improvement through LEAN, Kaizen and 5S. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a supervisor position.
• Experience in working with Key Performance Indicators.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the day-to-day assembly operations.
• Maintain a very safe workplace and lead by example on the floor.
• Staffing planning for 20–30 operators and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Parts Supply, IE, Equipment Engineering and HSE.
