Job summary

Canon Production Printing in Venlo, the Netherlands, seeks a Maintenance Engineer for a 40-hour week in a hybrid setup. You will own maintenance uptime for a production line, deploy Value Driven Maintenance and work with PLC/SCADA and industrial automation.

You will collaborate with Equipment Engineering & Technical Services, identify risks, and implement preventive maintenance and capital projects while ensuring safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years as an Engineer in an industrial production or process environment
• Experience with Maintenance Management systems
• Experience with process technology and installations
• Strong electrotechnical background and line control systems (PLC/SCADA/industrial automation)

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime for a production line and deploy Value Driven Maintenance
• Analyze and solve complex breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Advise on preventive maintenance and capital projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Procurement) and ensure safety and environmental standards
