Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking an IT Service Desk Representative in the Netherlands. The role alternates between the corporate office and the distribution centre, offering hands-on IT support across devices, POS, and access management.

The position is 7 months via Adams Recruitment with potential conversion to permanent based on performance. Dutch knowledge is a plus; visa sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Strong hardware and software knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA (plus).
• Associate degree or higher in CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for IT issues across DC, office, and retail locations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, mobiles, and POS terminals.
• Manage user access and log incidents in the ITSM system.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support software/hardware upgrades.
• Support rollout of new software/hardware and communicate with users.
