Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Shared Services or similar environments.
• Administrative HR processes and payroll support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Service‑oriented with ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines.
• Fluency in Dutch and English in an international setting.
• Interest in digital HR solutions and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR and payroll questions.
• Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding, updates and offboarding.
• Process and verify HR and payroll changes with high accuracy.
• Maintain HR data quality and completeness.
• Assist with HR systems administration, including Planon.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and self‑service.
• Contribute to knowledge management and AI‑assisted HR services.
