Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks aProject Procurement Specialist for hybrid work in Amsterdam. You will own end-to-end procurement for renewable energy projects and collaborate with legal, engineering, and finance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional teamwork within the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in procurement planning and project support.
• Understanding of EPC / turnkey project procurement and risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a local supplier base for renewable energy projects (solar and wind).
• Lead RFQ and RFI processes, cost benchmarking, bid evaluation, supplier onboarding.
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams to manage NDAs and negotiate terms.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for utilities, incl. TSO/DSO clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, construction and finance to meet timelines and budgets.
