Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead EPC turnkey projects in the EMEA region. You will coordinate civil, electrical, and permitting teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in utility-scale energy projects, strong HV system knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English. This role requires international travel and hybrid work, with office days in Amsterdam and other EMEA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in design and execution of utility-scale energy projects in the EMEA region.
• Experience with EPC projects involving high-voltage systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German or other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with Fluence’s ISO 9001 quality processes.
• Travel within the EMEA region to support project execution and stakeholders.
