Job summary

OPP, a fast-growing fintech with offices in Delft, Berlin and London, seeks a Sales Manager DACH to spearhead expansion into the DACH market and translate complex business models into our payment solutions.

You will partner with Payone and Worldline, attend major industry events, and independently scout opportunities while collaborating with a tight-knit sales team of 6–8 colleagues at the Delft HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• At least five years in payments/FinTech or platform/marketplace selling.
• Proven consultative, enterprise-level selling experience.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset focused on opportunities.
• Full professional fluency in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline through top 50 DACH enterprises with a consultative, enterprise sales approach.
• Lead high-level consultations to implement scalable payment architectures for enterprise clients.
• Uncover market opportunities and develop tailored payment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to co-develop opportunities.
• Spend 3–4 days per week at Delft HQ to align with teams and celebrate wins.
