Job summary

Rockwell Automation in the Netherlands (or Germany) seeks an Engineer, Remote Support to provide technical assistance to field engineers and customers. You will support the Dutch speaking portfolio and work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, creating knowledgebase articles, and delivering excellent service by phone and email, with shift work from Monday to Friday 8–17. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with Rockwell Automation or similar hardware.
• Fluent English and Dutch (C1/C2) are mandatory for the role.
• Knowledge of industrial automation products and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers including end-user Operators, OEMs, Developers, System Administrators, Field Consultants, and Engineers.
• Team member of our Controller hardware team with Logix systems and related products.
• Create and publish knowledgebase articles.
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to resolution for each issue.
• Support will be provided by phone and email in most cases.
• Work on shift mode from Monday to Friday between 8-17.
