Job summary

KOMPAS VC in Amsterdam is hiring an Operations & Executive Assistant. You will support Partners, work closely with the Chief of Staff and Head of Marketing, and contribute to operations, events and team initiatives in a hybrid setup.

The role demands proactive, highly organized individuals who can adapt to changing plans and manage multiple priorities across a small, trusted team. Strong English skills are essential, with experience in VC or startups a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant required.
• Experience in venture capital, a startup or professional services, supporting several people at once.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable individual with demonstrated ability to pick up new tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Operations, event planning or marketing experience alongside the EA work is a plus.
• Time spent supporting a leadership team in an investment firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executive and administrative support (around 50%).
• Support the three Partners with their busy schedules; protect their time and manage their weekly schedule.
• Manage diaries, inboxes, and travel; coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Handle expenses, documents and related admin tasks.
