Executive Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to an SVP-level leader.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant position. You will sit at the heart of the business, helping set priorities, coordinate strategic activities, manage leadership cadences and ensure effective execution of business objectives.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, PMO, Internal Communications and Leadership teams to drive organisational effectiveness and support key business initiatives.
What You'll Do
Executive Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP on priorities, stakeholder management and operational effectiveness
- Manage and optimise a complex executive calendar
- Drive alignment across leadership priorities and business objectives
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership Operations
- Own the Business Unit leadership cadence
- Coordinate leadership team meetings and governance forums
- Manage agendas, actions, follow-ups and decision tracking
- Support accountability and delivery against strategic priorities
Project Management
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Coordinate business-wide initiatives with PMOs and key stakeholders
- Support implementation of organisational improvements
Communications
- Review and refine leadership communications
- Partner with Internal Communications teams
- Support town halls, Q&As, all-hands and leadership events
- Help ensure clear and effective messaging across the organisation
Executive Administration
- Manage executive inboxes and delegated actions
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Support approvals, purchase orders, vendor management and administrative processes
- Arrange complex international travel and logistics
Talent & Culture
- Support hiring activities where required
- Participate in candidate interviews
- Help drive great onboarding experiences for new team members
What You Bring
- Significant experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading executive-level meetings and governance processes
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in global organisations
- Exposure to PMO, Strategy or Chief of Staff functions
- Event planning and leadership offsite coordination
- Internal communications experience
- Change management experience
