Nike, Inc. in Hilversum, Netherlands, seeks a Global Process Delivery Analyst I to support HR operations across EMEA, including onboarding, data management, and HR administration using Workday and ServiceNow. This is a temporary assignment through February 2027, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

You will execute HR transactions, manage Workday tasks and SNOW tickets, and contribute to process improvements while delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, People Support, or a similar environment.
• Experience working with Workday and/or ServiceNow (SNOW) is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR transactions including onboarding, employee changes, contract administration, compensation updates, leave management, and terminations.
• Manage Workday tasks and ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets accurately and within established service levels.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including new hires, rehires, Right to Work compliance, organizational changes, and employee data management.
• Investigate data discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of HR data quality and compliance.
• Provide excellent service and support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across EMEA.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and more efficient ways of working.
• Contribute to HR projects, organizational changes, and operational initiatives across the region.
