Job summary

Nike, Inc. European Headquarters (EHQ) in the Netherlands, Hilversum, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst for Stores Excellence to optimize retail network performance across EMEA.

You will link data, analytics, and business insights to boost service levels, inventory flow, and efficiency in Nike Stores. Join a cross-functional BI team, collaborate with Supply Chain, Retail, Planning, Finance, and Technology to drive decisions that improve consumer experience and store operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, Logistics, Retail Operations, or a similar analytical environment.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across Nike Stores Supply Chain through reporting, analytics, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze key supply chain and retail performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights through dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Develop and implement analytical solutions that support inventory management, store replenishment, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Technology and Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Retail, Planning, Finance, and Analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by enabling stakeholders to leverage insights and analytical tools more effectively.

Job description

Join Nike EHQ as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Stores Excellence and play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance across Nike's retail network in EMEA.

In this role, you will be part of the Stores Excellence Business Intelligence team, where you will connect data, analytics, and business insights to drive operational excellence within Nike Stores.

You will analyze supply chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance service levels, inventory flow, and operational efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Retail Operations, Finance, Technology, and Analytics, you will help shape decisions that directly impact the consumer experience.

This is a temporary assignment running until 15 December 2026.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience managing projects and driving process improvements in a fast-paced international environment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
