Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an HR Advisor to be the trusted partner for our hotel cluster in the Netherlands. You will support the full employee lifecycle, ensure HR policies are applied, and collaborate with cluster General Managers to drive a positive employee experience.

You will advise Heads of Department on policies and Dutch labour law, manage absence and employee relations, coordinate contracts and onboarding, and maintain HR data in Dayforce, contributing to payroll and HR metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR generalist/advisory experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience with HR systems (Dayforce or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on, accurate, discreet, and customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Advise and coach Heads of Department on HR policies, procedures, CLA, and Dutch labour law.
• Manage absenteeism processes and employee relations cases, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Coordinate employment contracts, contract changes, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in Dayforce and compliance with administrative requirements.
• Support payroll input and monitor key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Drive engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects, audits, and training rollouts.

About the Role:
