About The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will be the go‑to person for HR support within your hotel cluster, ensuring all PPHE HR policies and programs are consistently applied across our properties. You’ll work closely with the Cluster General Managers and hotel leadership teams, providing hands‑on guidance while aligning with regional HR initiatives. Your mission? To deliver a seamless employee experience, support the full employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with Dutch labor law.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR‑related matters.
• Advise and coach Heads of Department on HR policies, procedures, CLA, and Dutch labor law.
• Manage absenteeism processes and employee relations cases, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Coordinate employment contracts, contract changes, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in Dayforce and compliance with administrative requirements.
• Support payroll input and monitor key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Drive engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects, audits, and training rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of HR generalist/advisory experience in a fast‑paced environment (hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience with HR systems (Dayforce or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands‑on, accurate, discreet, and customer‑focused approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
