Job summary

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead the hub operations, ensuring efficient picking, packing and on-time delivery while upholding safety and compliance. You will manage and coach the hub team, report to the City Manager, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You will recruit and train staff, optimize scheduling, and maintain a culture of ownership. A competitive base salary and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an operational role with a focus on process improvement and team leadership.
• Experience managing a team, coaching and giving feedback.
• Data-driven with ability to translate KPIs into processes.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to goals.
• Hands-on with picking, packing, and inbounding when needed.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations: ensure picking, packing and delivery run efficiently and to standard.
• Lead Safety and Compliance: food hygiene, labour law, safety.
• Report to City Manager; collaborate with 7-10 other Hub Managers.
• Coach and develop Hub Leadership team (Shift Leads and Ops Associates).
• Own customer experience in hub: on-time, correct orders.
• Recruit, onboard and train pickers and riders for day-one readiness.
• Schedule workforce to ensure proper coverage without slips.
• Foster a culture of ownership and mutual support in the hub.
• Stay hands-on with operation: picking, packing, inbounding.
