Job summary

Flink is seeking a Hub Manager in Breda to lead hub operations, ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery, and build a high-performing team. You will own day-to-day safety, compliance, and process improvements while coaching a group of Shift Leads and Ops Associates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an operational role with focus on process optimisation and team management.
• Experience leading a team and providing coaching and feedback.
• Data-driven with ability to translate KPIs into concrete processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Hands-on with picking, packing, and inbounding.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Available to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hub's operational flow: picking, packing, and delivery.
• Handle Safety and Compliance topics (food hygiene, labour law, safety).
• Report to City Manager along with 7-10 other Hub Managers.
• Lead and develop the Hub leadership team (Shift Leads and Ops Associates).
• Ensure on-time, correct customer orders and strong customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard and train new pickers and riders for efficiency and safety.
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage without operational slippage.
• Foster a culture of ownership and mutual support on the hub floor.
• Stay hands-on with core operations (picking/packing/inbounding).
