Job summary

Flink in Tilburg is seeking a Hub Manager to lead the hub’s operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while driving a culture of ownership. You will oversee picking, packing and delivery, manage safety and compliance, and coach a team of Shift Leads and Ops Associates.

You will recruit, onboard and train staff, optimize KPI-driven processes, and report to the City Manager. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a 38,000–42,000 EUR gross annual salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operational role with a focus on process improvement and leading teams.
• Experience translating KPIs into concrete actions and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the hub's operational flow: picking, packing, and delivery to standard expectations.
• Lead Safety and Compliance topics including food hygiene and labour law compliance.
• Report to City Manager and collaborate with 7–10 other Hub Managers.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Hub leadership team (Shift Leads and Ops Associates).
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by on-time, accurate order fulfillment.
• Recruit, onboard and train new pickers and riders for efficient, safe work.
