Job summary

ING is offering an HR Business Partner Intern role within the Risk Domain in the Netherlands. You will support the HRBP team across the Risk organization, gaining exposure to the full HRBP year cycle including talent, performance and engagement initiatives.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, Centres of Expertise and People Services to deliver projects, analytics and stakeholder engagement, strengthening organizational capabilities and business performance in a global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Interest in HR, organizational development and people strategy.
• Affinity with data analysis to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities, stakeholder communications and progress tracking.
• Support performance, talent, succession and promotion cycles across the Risk organization.
• Assist with workforce planning, including workforce blueprints, people analytics, reporting and presentations.
• Assist in analyzing Organizational Health Index (OHI) results and action plans.
• Help develop, coordinate and evaluate learning, upskilling and capability-building programmes.
• Contribute to employee engagement, diversity and belonging initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, communications and briefing materials for leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Centres of Expertise, People Services and business teams to deliver initiatives.
