Overview

A leading global FMCG company is driving a major HR transformation program to deliver seamless People services and digital solutions. We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation Project Lead to coordinate the implementation of global HR processes for Onboarding & Recruitment across multiple countries.

You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring readiness for a new HR service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Onboarding & Recruitment process cluster.
• Coordinate across Process, Technology, Change, and Testing workstreams.
• Track progress, manage risks, and report to PMO and Workstream Leads.
• Align with country teams and Shared Service Centers to ensure smooth adoption.
• Drive readiness activities including documentation, training, and testing.

What We\'re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in HR process management or HR transformation.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding and recruitment processes.
• Proven project management skills in complex, multi-country environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and HR transition programs.
• Language: Fluency in English.
