The European Investment Bank in Luxembourg is seeking an Associate HR Systems Officer to join HR Analytics, Remuneration & Employee Services in the HR Systems Unit. You will manage Payroll and Absence Management across PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Cloud HCM.

You will collaborate with HR, GIS, and external vendors to ensure smooth system changes, run tests, and support rollouts, with a focus on delivering business benefits.

Regular office presence in Luxembourg; relocation support offered.

Formación

• Bachelor level degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years in HRIS implementation or administration.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with Payroll or Absence Management modules.
• Strong data analysis and SQL querying skills.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and/or French, with good knowledge of the other.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM.
• Translate business needs into system configurations and specs.
• Lead test planning for implementations, upgrades, maintenance.
• Coordinate UAT with HR stakeholders and track issues.
• Verify changes against requirements before deployment.
• Support and maintain PeopleSoft HCM; help transition to Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and release notes.
• Liaise between HR, GIS, and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication to ensure timely milestones.
• Assist change management to minimise disruption.
