We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to join our dynamic European team. This pivotal role will see you leading complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules across various European countries. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their HR transformation journey, from strategy and design to successful deployment and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations focused on Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor across multiple European countries.
• Guide clients through HR transformation from strategy and design to deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a demonstrable track record of leading complex projects.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
• Proven experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including significant experience in the European region.
