Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking an HR Business Partner Intern for the Risk Domain to support the HRBP team across the Netherlands. You will engage with senior HR partners, business leaders, and experts to drive people initiatives and Talent, Performance & Workforce insights within a complex, international bank.

You will help shape the Risk People agenda, contribute to organizational transformation, and develop analytics, reporting, and presentations to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Interest in human resources, organizational development, and people strategy.
• Affinity with data analysis and using insights for decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects.
• Coordinate activities, stakeholder communications, and progress tracking.
• Assist with performance, talent, succession, and promotion cycles.
• Support workforce planning, people analytics, and reporting.
• Help analyze Organizational Health Index results and action plans.
• Contribute to learning, upskilling, and capability programs.
• Support engagement, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Prepare materials for leaders and HR stakeholders; collaborate with teams.
