Job summary

Ascom is seeking an experienced HR Partner for the Netherlands to be the go-to HR professional for local leaders and employees. You'll enable a positive, high-performing culture by advising on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, engagement, and change initiatives.

Working with colleagues across our international HR community, you’ll influence local and global priorities and deliver practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

Several years of experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations.
Experience advising leaders across a broad range of HR topics.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Advise managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, organisational development and change initiatives.
Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
Support talent and succession discussions and annual HR processes.
Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and internal policies.
Build and maintain relationships with Works Council and other stakeholders.
Use HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Contribute to local, regional and global HR projects.
