Job summary

ACCIONA Netherlands is seeking an HR Administrator for our Industry area, based at Duiven (Gelderland). The role focuses on efficient HR operational support, data accuracy, and compliance with Dutch employment law and CAO requirements.

You will handle onboarding, transfers, offboarding, recruitment administration, and day-to-day employee queries while maintaining HR records in Workday and SharePoint. English and Spanish language skills are required for service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience in the Netherlands is preferred.
• Familiarity with Dutch employment legislation and CAO requirements is needed.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) in line with Dutch law and CAO requirements.
• Assist recruitment activities, including scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and SharePoint and respond to routine HR queries.
