Webfleet, Bridgestone’s globally trusted fleet management solution, is seeking a motivated Student (German Speaker) to join the Amsterdam HR team supporting People Operations and Payroll while gaining hands-on international experience.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, data quality, and HR projects across multiple countries, in a collaborative environment with Excel and modern HR tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to HR or business.
• Interest in HR operations, payroll processes, and employment topics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, data changes, absence and benefits.
• Assist monthly payroll input and coordinate with external payroll provider.
• Maintain employee records; assist with reports and data quality.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across countries.
