Job summary

Nouryon in Amsterdam seeks an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert guidance across the full spectrum of HR topics in the Netherlands. You will own HR Operations processes end-to-end, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers, and collaborating with our Global Service Center in India to support HR administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years of experience in HR Support, Operations, or a similar HR generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support across the full range of HR topics in the Netherlands.
• Own HR Operations processes and administration across end-to-end hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Act as first point of contact for HR-related questions and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with Global Service Center (GSC) in India for HR administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and ways of working.
