Job summary

TrainMore is seeking an HR Advisor in Amsterdam to be the first point of contact for employees and managers on people matters, focusing on employee relations and wellbeing. You will provide practical, credible guidance, manage the HR mailbox and support site managers across clubs.

You will require at least six years of HR experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, fluent English and Dutch, and a collaborative, discreet approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' HR experience, ideally in multi-site or fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrable experience handling employee relations, including performance issues and disciplinary processes in The Netherlands.
• Experience managing sickness absence cases in line with Dutch law (Wet Poortwachter).

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers through full range of employee relations casework, including performance management, misconduct, and dismissal.
• Lead wellbeing and sickness absence management, including reintegration planning and UWV compliance.
• Handle HR queries via the mailbox, guiding employees and managers on policy and contracts.
• Spot patterns for process improvements and support HR projects across clubs.
