Job summary

Grupo SAF. Selección, Asesoramiento y Formación in Lelystad, The Netherlands, seeks an HR Manager to lead the site’s Human Resources function and drive the HR strategy in collaboration with Operations.

You will oversee people management, policy execution and HR projects to support productivity and service quality. The role focuses on developing leaders, strengthening workforce planning, reducing turnover and absenteeism, and guiding internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HR team.
• Act as the HR Business Partner for the Operations team.
• Work closely with Workforce Planning to ensure effective workforce planning.
• Design and implement initiatives to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.
• Improve employee engagement, productivity and overall employee experience.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence, working closely with managers and operational teams.
• Anticipate workforce requirements, particularly during peak periods.
• Lead internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Optimise the organisation and effectiveness of the HR team.
• Develop Operations managers in people management.
• Lead HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage agency workforce in collaboration with Workforce Planning.
• Ensure rigorous execution of HR policies and processes.
