Job summary

De Jong Packaging by Stora Enso offers an internship in Recruitment in De Lier, the Netherlands, for an ambitious student seeking hands-on experience in an international organization.

You will write and publish vacancies, screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, search for talent on various platforms, assist with onboarding, participate in career fairs, and support HR tasks in Workday.

Guidance from a Talent Acquisition Partner and room for your own ideas will help you grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Passion for recruitment and connecting people.
• Available for at least 4 months (24–36 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Write and publish job vacancies on platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates.
• Actively search for talent on different platforms.
• Assist with onboarding new colleagues and participate in career fairs.
• Perform administrative tasks in the HR system (Workday).
• Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.
