The role requires curiosity, initiative, and a positive attitude. Dutch is not required, and the internship offers a hybrid setup and a tailored HR project aligned with your studies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HBO or university program in HR-related field.
• Your study program remains active for the full internship period.
• Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment from application to onboarding and assist with interviews.
• Help with onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding activities.
• Assist HR operations, administration, and documentation tasks.
