Sperry Marine is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. This hybrid, part-time role (up to 32 hours/week) blends hands-on employee support with strategic HR project delivery, shaping a positive employee experience across borders.

You will lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation planning, and HR process improvements while collaborating with an international team.

Qualificações

• Generalist HR experience with broad HR remit.
• Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and ER practices.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with strong project/change management experience.
• Confident communicator in Dutch and English, building trust with leaders and staff.

We’re a close-knit, multinational HR team of seven, passionate about delivering real value to our business by providing expert, people-focused support to our managers and employees.

We’re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on employee support with strategic planning and project delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience, driving engagement, and supporting the attraction and retention of top talent.

This is a flexible opportunity, offering both hybrid and part-time hours (up to 32 hours per week).

• Strong experience in a generalist HR role
• Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and ER practices
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
• Demonstrated success in project and change management
• Confident communicator in both Dutch and English
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships
• Familiar with HR systems and current HR trends
• Bonus: Experience with compensation practices, PVT regulations, or global organisations
