Job summary

Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. This hybrid, part-time role (up to 32 hours) combines hands-on HR support with strategic planning and project delivery.

You will drive engagement, recruitment, and talent development while shaping a positive employee experience in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and ER practices.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Demonstrated success in project and change management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Familiar with HR systems and trends.
• Bonus: experience with compensation practices or global organisations.

Sperry Marine is a leading supplier of navigation, communication, information, and automation systems for commercial marine and naval markets. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, we have an extensive international presence across Europe, the Americas and Asia, employing almost 400 people across ten countries.

We’re a close-knit, multinational HR team of seven, passionate about delivering real value to our business by providing expert, people-focused support to our managers and employees.

We’re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on employee support with strategic planning and project delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience, driving engagement, and supporting the attraction and retention of top talent.

This is a flexible opportunity, offering both hybrid and part-time hours (up to 32 hours per week).

What You’ll Be Doing:
